Double AA Productions™

The next silent short film, “The Text Debacle”, is coming to a near end of it’s post-production work. Expect the film to be online midnight, November 1st, on our YouTube, Vimeo, & Facebook pages.

Aaron Shore will be directing his first short film, not written by himself or from anyone apart of Double AA Productions. The film is called “Mr. Ross”, it tells the story about a patient in a mental institution who’ll be presenting his case to his doctor on why he should be set for an early release. Think of this having a similar feel & style to the HBO series “In Treatment”. The script was written by Chris Reimeme. Production begins at the end of October, the film stars Carlton Bruce, Chris Johnston (“The Lazy Guy”), & Olivia Ciuperger (director of “Classic Case of Clumsiness & Sweaty Palms”).

Also, in pre-production is the short comedy “The Final”, which will be shot in the middle of November. Starring Christine Labonte & Mike Gomez. “The Final” is about a student who forgets to study for her final exam to graduate college, everything is on the line…

Also in the works will be “The Library Cop”, a comedy written by Zack Shore (star of “Snowking Avenue”) about a library security gaurd who takes his job a little too seriously after he catches a student littering in the library.

“The Library Cop”, “The Final”, & “Mr. Ross” are three big projects for Double AA Productions being that they’re the first short films from the production company to be shot in 4K on the RED One! Very EXCITING!

As for other side projects, Double AA Productions will be joining forces with a local South Florida heavy metal band named BLADE SONG. We’ll be producing the bands first music video, production is scheduled to start on October 30th til December 15th. The proposed music video is set to be shot on the Canon HV30 & Canon T2i.
